Who we are

Mcphilllc Company Limited (“we”, “us”) is a Ghana-based company providing environmental and industrial monitoring systems. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit mcphilllc.com or contact us. Website use is also subject to our Terms & Conditions.

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry or to operate this website. We do not run user accounts, marketing lists, or profiling on this site.

If you use the consultation form, we ask for:

  • name and organisation
  • work email address
  • optional telephone number
  • the monitoring topics you select and your message

The form opens a message in your own email client addressed to [email protected]. We receive what you choose to send. Hosting infrastructure may also record technical logs such as IP address, browser type, date and pages requested, which are used only to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

We use personal information only to:

  • reply to enquiries and discuss requested services
  • keep records needed for a contract or legal obligation
  • protect the website against abuse

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except where needed to provide the service you asked for (for example, a technology manufacturer, if you agree we should involve them) or where the law requires it.

Cookies

We do not use advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies. If any cookie is set, it is strictly necessary to operate the site. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Retention and security

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then deleted or archived as required. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access or loss.

Your rights

Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no lawful need to keep it. To make a request, email [email protected].
